شروط الخدمة
مرحباً بك في FLUIDITY. يدير هذا الموقع (8fluidity.com) شركة Fluidity ذ.م.م في الدوحة، قطر. باستخدامك للموقع أو الشراء منه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
الطلبات والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار بالريال القطري (QAR).
- يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع، أو بعد تأكيده معك في حال الدفع عند الاستلام.
- نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ واضح في السعر، أو نفاد الكمية، أو الاشتباه في عملية احتيال، ونرجع لك أي مبلغ مدفوع بالكامل.
الدفع
- نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات (فيزا وماستركارد) وApple Pay عبر مزودي دفع آمنين.
- الدفع عند الاستلام متوفر داخل قطر فقط.
الشحن والتوصيل
نوصل داخل قطر ولدول الخليج ولباقي دول العالم. الأسعار والمدد والرسوم الجمركية موضحة في سياسة الشحن.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكنك الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم، ومجاناً داخل قطر. التفاصيل في سياسة الاسترجاع.
العروض وأكواد الخصم
- لا يمكن جمع أكثر من كود خصم في نفس الطلب ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.
- العروض لفترة محدودة وقد تخضع لشروط إضافية تُذكر وقت العرض.
المنتجات
نحرص على عرض ألوان ومقاسات المنتجات بدقة، لكن قد تختلف الألوان قليلاً حسب شاشة جهازك. ننصحك بمراجعة جدول المقاسات قبل الطلب، وتواصل معنا على الواتساب إذا احتجت مساعدة في اختيار المقاس.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع من صور ونصوص وشعارات وتصاميم هي ملك لـ FLUIDITY، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
الاستخدام الممنوع
- إعادة بيع منتجاتنا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
- استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي.
حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، مثل التخليص الجمركي أو تأخير شركات الشحن.
تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري التعديلات من تاريخ نشرها على الموقع.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختص المحاكم القطرية بأي نزاع.

Welcome to FLUIDITY. This website (8fluidity.com) is operated by Fluidity LLC, Doha, Qatar. By using the site or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
- An order is confirmed once payment is completed, or once confirmed with you for cash on delivery orders.
- We may cancel any order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage or suspected fraud, and refund any amount paid in full.
Payment
- We accept cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Apple Pay through secure payment providers.
- Cash on delivery is available within Qatar only.
Shipping
We deliver within Qatar, to the GCC and worldwide. Rates, delivery times and customs are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days, free within Qatar. See our Return Policy.
Promotions and discount codes
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
- Offers are time-limited and may be subject to additional conditions stated at the time of the offer.
Products
We aim to show product colors and sizes accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check the size chart before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp if you need help choosing a size.
Intellectual property
All site content, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to FLUIDITY and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Prohibited use
- Reselling our products without prior written authorization.
- Using the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and Qatari courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
