الاسترجاع والاستبدال

واثقين بخاماتنا. كل قطعة في FLUIDITY اخترنا قماشها بعناية عشان تتحمل حر الخليج وتمرينك اليومي، وعشان كذا نخليك تجربها براحتك: إذا ما ناسبتك القطعة أو المقاس، استبدلها أو استرجعها خلال 14 يوم.

داخل قطر: استرجاع واستبدال مجاني

مندوبنا يستلم القطعة من باب بيتك مجاناً.
تبديل المقاس مجاني، ونوصل لك المقاس الجديد بدون رسوم توصيل.

دول الخليج وباقي دول العالم

نقبل الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام.
تكلفة شحن الإرجاع على العميل، إلا إذا كانت القطعة فيها عيب أو وصلتك قطعة غير اللي طلبتها.

الشروط

خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
القطعة غير ملبوسة (إلا للتجربة) وغير مغسولة، والتاغ عليها، وفي تغليفها الأصلي.

تواصل معنا على الواتساب +974 6676 3561 أو على info@8fluidity.com مع رقم الطلب.
نرتب استلام القطعة (داخل قطر)، أو نرسل لك عنوان الإرجاع (خارج قطر).
بعد استلام القطعة وفحصها نأكد لك الاسترجاع، أو نرسل لك المقاس الجديد.

استرجاع المبلغ

يرجع المبلغ لنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 5–10 أيام عمل من استلامنا للقطعة.
طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام: نرجع المبلغ بتحويل بنكي.
رسوم الشحن الأصلية لا تُسترجع، إلا إذا كانت القطعة فيها عيب أو وصلتك قطعة غير اللي طلبتها.

تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صورة للقطعة، ونبدلها لك مجاناً أينما كنت.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our fabrics. Every FLUIDITY piece is made from fabric chosen to handle Gulf heat and daily training, so we want you to try it with confidence: if the piece or the size isn't right, exchange or return it within 14 days.

Within Qatar: free returns and exchanges

Our courier collects the item from your door, free of charge.
Size exchanges are free, and we deliver the new size at no shipping cost.

GCC and rest of the world

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.

Conditions

Within 14 days of delivery.
Item unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to return or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +974 6676 3561 or email info@8fluidity.com with your order number.
We arrange pickup (within Qatar) or send you the return address (outside Qatar).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we confirm your refund or ship your new size.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.
